I write this with gratitude for helping me change my body.

Prior to doing Pilates with you, I had constant back and neck pain.  I was seeing my chiropractor at least once a week, sometimes two times per week.

While I am a believer in chiropractic work, your help to transform my body by helping me gain strength (specifically in my core) has had an immense positive impact on improving my overall wellness.

I get stronger and learn to use muscles I didn’t think I had with each session, and look forward to our next session.

Your ability to almost instantly access my body and tailor my work out for that day is remarkable. I have had many instructors or trainers over the years that know know how to talk, but very few know how to listen. Not only do you listen, but you have the gift of intuition and use it in your practice to help me week after week.

In addition to helping me gain strength, you have been a positive influence when we talk about food and making daily healthy choices.  You exemplify what you teach rather than just preach.

You are so positive and encouraging; like a ray of sunshine in my day.  Thank you for all of your help.

Kristina is highly competent in teaching and instructing, gets personally involved in the fitness goals of her clients and gets results. She has a passion for Pilates and meets each person at their individual level but progresses them appropriately. She helped me to become a better runner and my posture has improved tremendously. I’ve been doing Pilates for about four years.  Two of them have been with teacher Kristina.  During a time when the workouts were becoming blasé, she entered the scene at Everybody’s Pilates and completely renewed my experience.  She is smart, attentive and gentle with her motivation.  Somewhere along the line she picked up how much I missed running.  As a result, she quietly focused on some specific muscle groups and after a few months told me to go try.  I now have a weekly beach cardio run from the pier to the Surfside grill and back – a gift that I’m not sure how I will ever repay.  Questions?  ask me:

I have become much stronger since working with Kristina, and I rely on her effective cues that ensure that I move correctly.  I enjoy how she challenges me and find that I perform better in mat classes because of what I have learned in my private sessions with her.  It doesn’t hurt that my workouts with her help to keep me lithe and looking younger than my years.

Kristina is a fantastic Pilates instructor!  I have been doing Pilates for 8 years and want a teacher who is challenging, fun and understands the
mechanics of the body.  Kristina is that instructor.  Her classes cover all areas of the body with a variety of exercises and she introduces new
routines all the time.  She stays focused on the exercises and the clients. She will correct your body mechanics to make sure you are working the muscles you should and also to protect you from injury.   I knew Kristina when she was a student in the class …. before she transitioned into an instructor.  I watched her get stronger and I think that is also why her teaching style is good – she has experienced the benefits of Pilates and wants to share that with her students.   We all continue to perfect our core strength, balance, proprioception and have fun doing it!  I achieve the best results when I can do it 2 – 3 times a week.  I have lost inches on my body while gaining strength.  I would do it everyday if I could.  I love Pilates and I look forward to my classes with Kristina.

With pilates and nutrition coaching, Kristina has made so many things possible in my life again. I was a Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse. I had to leave the bedside after suffering a herniated disc in an automobile accident. I didn’t think I’d be able to do some of the things I am able to do now after having worked with Kristina. Doctors, epidural steroid injections, acupuncturists, and physical therapists were unable to help me. Five years ago, I was unable to drive myself to my own doctor’s appointments or even do my own laundry. After having worked with Kristina for about a year, I have now been able to hike every weekend, I’ve summited Mt. Wilson, I have booked a solo backpacking trip to Patagonia, and … I can do my own laundry. I’ve lost weight and my core is much stronger. In the beginning, I told Kristina one of my goals was to be able to ride a bike again.

After having worked with Kristina for almost a year, I have now been able to hike every weekend. I’ve summited Mt. Wilson and now have backpacked by myself through Patagonia, and … I can even do my own laundry.

With her compassion, expertise and dedication, she has changed my life. I will always be ever so grateful to her for making all the things I used to take for granted possible again. There are no words for how much I appreciate her.

I’ve taken home mat Pilates sessions with Kristina for over a year now and have noticed a tremendous change in my body’s shape and posture, as well as reduced back pain. Kristina has really helped give my waist a defined shape. She has also made me aware of certain habits that have caused me discomfort over the years — like using my hips rather than my abs when doing certain everyday movements or putting more weight on one side of my body than the other. I’m really impressed with her ability to guide students in minor adjustments to achieve the proper movement and get the most out of the exercise. Kristina also has the best demeanor. She’s motivating, while being totally approachable. If you want a Pilates instructor who knows what she’s doing and has an acute knowledge of the body, is enjoyable to be around and will get you results, Kristina is absolutely the best around.
